TOSBA’s mission is to be the international maritime centre of excellence for the Thai offshore shipping and associated industries.
To serve as the leading international maritime center and hub for the Thai shipping industry.
To be the leading offshore shipping association in ASEAN and to promote the interests of offshore shipping on a global scale.
The TOSBA Council is supported by the TOSBA Secretariat in managing the Association’s business. The Association’s Ordinary Members elect seven Council members every two years, and they may co-opt up to six other members, at least two of whom must be Ordinary Members, to form the Council. Both the elected and co-opted Council Members serve for two years.
TOSBA is supported by the Secretariat in day-to-day operations. The Secretariat is headed by an Executive Director, assisted by a team of 12 specialists.
The Thai Offshore Shipping Business Association (TOSBA) cooperates with important members of the shipping sector in order to improve Thailand’s competitiveness as a maritime hub.
Additionally, TOSBA works with government organizations to support domestic and foreign shipping interests.
